Acceptable location, several issues

The location is quite good with easy access to the town center.
I found some aspects disappointing. There was no hot water one morning. This made showering impossible. The staff did not communicate updates about the water issue. The room was also right next to some loud water pump. The hotel provided earplugs but this wasn't a great solution.

Decent Stay at the Riverside

The location is excellent! It has views across the water meadows. There is also an easy path to the city. Breakfast was very good. It included cooked options just as I wanted them.
I had some issues. There was no basic information in the room. I needed the Wi-Fi code. I also needed the restaurant menu. I was on the 3rd floor. I had to go up and downstairs to find basic info. This info is usually in a little folder in the room.

The building has a lot of character. It is beautiful. The location is really good. I appreciated the scenic walk to the city center. It took only twenty minutes. I found the water flowing beneath the hotel calming.
The room lacked basic information. There was no WiFi code in the room. I had to go up and downstairs to find basic information. It took a considerable amount of time.
